Exploring the Enneagram through the Narrative Tradition
This is the cornerstone of the work with the Enneagram. Our lives are about patterns of behaving, thinking, and feeling. As we identify these patterns, we have an opportunity to better understand why we do the things we do. Nine panels are interviewed representing all nine personality points where we observe firsthand our different perspectives on the world. Listening to over 30 panel members share their stories allows each of us to see ourselves clearer and to better understand others and why they may act the way they do.
Offered as a week-end study using live panels as well as DVD's for demonstration of the types.
Serves all levels of study from beginners to advance students.
To request a week-end in your area, please call or email.
SubType Workshop
Knowing your subtype is as important as knowing your type to fully utilize the knowledge of the Enneagram. The subtype is a strategy developed in childhood to reduce anxiety and remains a hidden focus of the personality type. It reveals itself in one of three areas of life and indicates where to place your attention to break age-old patterns. The three areas of life we will explore are one-on-one relationships, matters of self-preservation, and social participation. This experiential workshop will show you how to use the subtype as a shortcut to discover hidden aspects of your personality.
Offered as a one day or two day workshop depending upon the desired depth of study.
Pre-requisite: Enneagram Panel Workshop and knowledge of your type.

Connections: Year Long Group
It is not always easy to know who we are. Finding the answer to this question becomes our spiritual quest. Connections is a year-long group experience that offers a way to connect with the authentic Self. This group setting provides a safe place to explore how you connect with others in the external world and, in return, how you connect with your personal internal world. Once you connect with that still point within, you can be with others in a more meaningful way.
This is a journey that is best done with others who thirst for the same experience. The group operates using the Enneagram as a basis for working with the human condition--our anger, fears, doubts, sorrows as well as our joys, desires and other unexpressed needs and feelings.
In this group, learn how to "watch yourself" by a technique of detachment that allows you to observe your thoughts and feelings. Learn patterns of interaction that allow you to choose - rather than simply react - to your family, friends, co-workers.
Participants meet for four residential week-ends plus eight evening classes through-out the year. Meeting in this way allows for a depth and richness of experience to evolve for the individual and the group that is truly transformational.
Interview with Toni Marie Clifton required.
Location: Marin County
Cost: $1,800 for 4 weekends.
